About

Hello Guys & Gals,

I have created this site in order to share personal stories, experiences, and events with you. I have a heart for helping people and getting to know their story. So many people come from a mess of paths and choices made in life. It is interesting to see where they came from and where they are now. Along with interviews of people that I meet, I will also share personal things on here. I love the outdoors and enjoy fitness. I ride my motorcycle often and love to fly so you may see posts about my “life” as well.

The idea behind wierhuman is just that. We are all human… I am just taking advantage of my last name and the play on words.  We are all equal and treating someone as anything less is not acceptable. I understand there are loop holes for criminals and such, but I am talking about everyday life and the people that cross out paths. You may be the only smile or kind gesture someone receives their entire day. Don’t let the chance to make a difference pass you by. All too often I have been in too much of a hurry or had something else on my mind which caused me to overlook a needed smile or a conversation with someone. At some point in our lives, we all need help, advice, or someone to talk to. If you can be that person for someone else, you may just change their lives. Keep that in mind while you go through your day-to-day living and try to be a blessing where you can be.

About me: My name is Luke Wier and I was born and raised in Eugene, OR. I attended Willamette High School and continued my education at Lane Community College’s Flight Academy for Aviation and Business. I have always had many interests and explored a handful of career paths. I began a career in the Title & Escrow Industry later moving into the mortgage industry where I have remained for 15+ years. Alongside my career in the mortgage industry, I also work in the event security and personal protection industry. It is my goal to develop relationships with clients and colleagues to last a lifetime. I am very involved in fitness and compete in NPC Bodybuilding shows throughout the North West. I am an avid hunter and fisher as well. Family is very important to me and more than likely, I am spending time with them if I am not at work! I am passionate about volunteering and my experiences include coaching and donating time at Food for Lane County in Eugene, OR. I have not made any connections with organizations in Bend yet, but plan to.

On my blog/site you will find things that interest me, info on places that I have been, pictures from my travels and flights, interviews with people I meet, stuff regarding fitness and bodybuilding, and links to stories I find worthwhile.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding anything I post or a service I provide!

-Luke
